By engaging with Ceramiq Nexus, whether through our website, coaching sessions, or consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our approach is rooted in the philosophy of the Potter’s Wheel: precision, patience, and intentional growth. We ask that our clients approach our partnership with a similar commitment to quality and integrity.

2. Scope of Services

Ceramiq Nexus provides professional coaching and consultancy focusing on the creative industries. Our services are advisory in nature. We strive to help you mold your business strategy and creative output, but the final outcome depends on the client’s implementation and external market forces.

3. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, ceramic-inspired frameworks, and proprietary workshop materials provided during coaching remain the property of Ceramiq Nexus. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal business growth, but reproduction for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Just as a kiln firing requires specific timing, our schedule is carefully managed to ensure the highest quality of service for all clients. Cancellations for coaching sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Full terms regarding project-based deposits and refunds are detailed in individual service contracts.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ceramiq Nexus be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service under dispute.
